Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
The QEP is a core component of the SACSCOC reaffirmation process that demonstrates an institution’s commitment to improving student learning and/or student success through a clearly defined topic informed by institutional data. Developed with broad-based input from faculty, staff, and students, the QEP establishes measurable goals and outcomes supported by a detailed implementation strategy that includes timelines, responsibilities, and resources. A comprehensive assessment plan ensures ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement, aligning the project with the institution’s mission and SACSCOC standards.
Georgia Tech’s 2025 Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Leaders in Progress and Service, is an initiative available to all undergraduates that is intentionally designed for transformative impact: to prepare our students to exemplify the leaders envisioned in our mission and motto. Details of Georgia Tech’s QEP can be found on its website. https://undergraduate.gatech.edu/qep/
